    Hey guys, do you usually get your NAB Goodies cashback without issues? I did the David Jones spend $100 get $10 back offer almost a month ago, but still no cashback yet.

        Goodies is in the NAB app if you have a NAB credit/debit card etc.

      Only problem I've had with NAB Goodies is with the current TerryWhite offer, I waited the standard 14 days then complained via Chat and am awaiting a response. I'd think that David Jones would be easy to process.

      Btw, there's another David Jones offer today.

        Terry White is the one I'm interested in. Hopefully it works as intended when I go to use it next week.

          I understand why mine hasn't automatically processed, the transaction shows up as a former chemist's name as it looks like the Experian merchant data that NAB use isn't regularly updated eg TerryWhite took over the previous chemist's mall location 3plus years ago. Luckily I got a paper receipt.

          Presumably not on prescriptions?

          They are the most expensive local chemist for scripts, I only shopped there because of the Goodies cashback.

        I did a Terry White click and collect order and the payment went through an external payment gateway (nothing to do with TW), I feel like I'll need to follow it up
