    bought a dell latitude 8365u from them 18 months ago, grade B I think, it still has as of now
    DESIGN CAPACITY 68,005 mWh
    FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 62,662 mWh
    so the battery it came with was great. (The mousepad left button was f#cked tho but they fixed it without hassle)

      You must have got lucky… I purchased an A-Grade Latitude 7400 with a claimed 80+% battery, and the battery was totally stuffed at 50% capacity, lol…

      I've purchased from them a stack of times, only once they've sent an "as described" item, I've had wrong CPU, wrong RAM, HDD rather than SSD, stuffed battery, stuffed USB ports… Their refurb process is very lacklustre, it's always a gamble and you have to be willing to do a return…

  I’m not really a techy person, but if I were to buy a laptop like this (or something similar) and only use it at home (mostly while it’s plugged in), do you think it would be a good purchase?

    I think it would be a good purchase based on your situation.
    I bought Latitude 5420, previous deal, and found it very capable in doing daily tasks; browsing, watch Youtube, play casua game.
    Plus, their after-sales customer service is great.

    I personally recommend this seller in getting used computer for peace of mind.
