    Auto activated, not ported. The porting process cannot begin until you commence it.

    I know, I waited 29 days after my purchase date to port my number.

    You can contact CS if you want to delay the activation date, they will happily change it for you.

    We don't auto activate ports, ports are always left up to the customer to manage.

      Okay, your messaging stated;

      Your Yomojo service will be activated in 5 days.

      The assumption is reasonable and possibly intentional.

      Activating the service and not porting it sounds like a misnomer, it's not a reasonable assumption nor is it still appropriate without the confusion.

  Hi, I already have a service with Yomojo, and want to port another as well, but its showing me full price plan if i try to order after logging in. Do i have to create a new account for porting the 2nd one?

    Sign up as a new customer, and then email support@yomojo.com.au and they can combine the accounts.
