      Super cool when reps do this sort of thing, props to you.

      I have a suggestion for your coupon page too, not sure if you can do it or not but if you can put a link on each coupon that takes people to the store page and applies all of the filters it will make the UX of the page much better. Even if every coupon can't have a link, doing it for those that can would still be a win.

      Sometimes shoppers are lazy and while I kinda could use some slightly different gear I don't actually need it and that little bit of friction was enough for me to decide I couldn't be bothered to look as I knew I probably wouldn't have bought anyway unless there was a really good clearance price to go along with the coupon (just because I've already splurged on other nice to haves this past month) but not getting the click through means I won't even know if there was something I would splurge a bit more on.

      So. good for my bank account as I really don't need more stuff, but I think it would be good for your business to add that it possible

        Thanks for the ideas @nmartin84. I have noted them down - we do agree, there is definitely room for improvement on the UX.

        We will improve things as we figure out how we best add value for customers.
        It was important for us to launch something, even though it may not be perfect, and then iterate.

  Upvoting these folks!
  I needed a shift rod on my Kawasaki Vulcan and none of the Kawasaki dealers or service centres were able to procure one on short notice, but the folks in Granville store hooked me up on the same afternoon.
  Also, in-store buying experience was great, found knowledgeable folks.
  Not sure how long the deal is for, but will be popping in the store on weekend to check it out.
