    • Which network is that? Endeavour shows 130c supply and 57c peak between 4-8pm, 31c shoulder and 24c otherwise

It also states quarterly billing on this plan, which means 6 months before you see the bonus.

their reviews dont sound too good

    • They were good and then they kept increasing their prices drastically over the last few years so everyone moved away.

I wanted to switch my new property to them, but my application was declined for not meeting their credit criteria—despite having an excellent credit score! I even emailed to ask for clarification, but never received a response. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience.

Same thing happened to me, my credit record is perfect. Guess that's just an excuse they use, but I wonder what the real reason is?

    • +2

Same experience with me too. I questioned it and they said:

‘We regret to inform you that your application was declined as we recently increased the minimum credit score threshold in response to broader market conditions and increased risk across the industry.’

My credit score is excellent so it makes absolutely no sense.

  • I m confused. I was with Nectr more than a year ago, If I joined them again - am I 'returning Customer' or 'new residential customer'

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “new residential customers” includes customers that have switched from their existing retailer to Nectr or choose Nectr as their retailer for their new residential premises (move in). Any existing customer reallocating premises, or returning customers, will not be eligible for the Promotion.

FYI they charge for bpay as well as card surcharge fees.

88c for BPay and 1.3% for card

  • I heard bad reviews about their tactics. They offered their existing customer a new better plan for short-term those who were on a long-term better plan contract, and soon after, they jacked the price and forced them to take expensive plan.

  • Can "refer a friend" be used in conjunction with this offer?
