Is head injury common? Was that why the pic has a helmet?

The lake is filled with obstacles (kickers and rails), for more advanced riders to hit. New riders usually have limited control of their board, so are at risk of unintentionally hitting obstacles, so all riders need to wear head protection, whether they intend to hit obstacles or not.

      • Thanks man

  • TIL Groupon still exists

  • meh, only saving $1.50 and not including the petrol and tolls to get there and back from sydney.

If you're coming from out of state they probably won't even cover your flights and lodging

    • What about $1.50 ??

  • this used to be part of Penrith leagues club, but got sold off

  • I used Groupon here a few years ago, and I believe it was valid on weekend at the time (late Summer iirc) but this one isn't.

    Extra fine print:

    "Appointment required.. Valid Mon-Fri"

Might be ok for school holidays. But check opening days/times.
