Yeah, it's pretty deceptive and misleading.
Thanks for pointing it out, the code is mandatory to get the 6 weeks free, I was of the opinion that most of us ozbargainers would churn again, rather than wait for furthter 9 months for 2 weeks extra and hence didn't point it out.
Hence the heading stating only 6 weeks.

Why specially you can transfer form Medibank? Shouldn't you be able to transfer from any health insurance?

ahm health insurance is a business of Medibank Private Limited ABN 47 080 890 259. ‘ahm health insurance’ and ‘ahm’ are references to Medibank Private Ltd trading as ahm health insurance.
Sometimes, funds exclude you from a promotion if you held a policy with a related brand (eg AHM and Medibank).
In this instance, AHM is not excluding Medibank customers, which is presumably why the OP made the statement they made.
You are correct, you can transfer to this AHM deal from any other fund.
You would be from any , but Medibank is ahm's parent company and ahm are still considering you as a new customer unlike most other related companies.
