any one know what the heck is going on with globird call center atm? i called this morning at 8:30am and was the "63rd" person so i opted to be called back… its now 3pm and still no call back, so i have called again and was the 61st person, then 2 minutes later said i was the 68th, then a minute later 70th, then 64th and so on… is there a issue with the company atm? what the heck man?

Those numbers aren't real, they are just there to keep you on the line

finally jumped from 60th to 2nd… wow they got issues for sure!
Funny that you posted this, I tried to call them today and had the same issues. I pressed an option for a call back at 1pm today and am still waiting.
just stay on the line, some how it jumps from 60s to 2 in about 10mins waiting.
Someone keeps ringing and hanging up. 😂
