It says it is "Flight-Approved", but is it "CCC Approved"?

I know a few people who have battery packs confiscated recently while transiting through China.

Hi, yes, it is CCC certified.

    • Thanks for the response.

  • I cant wait for the cables to break and be useless lol

Been using this for about 9 months now and despite being slightly heavy, it’s the best that I’ve used. Can very easily charge a laptop too and carry on for flights

  • What are ppls' thought on built in cables? I mean they look handy for sure, but kinda worried of it breaking at some point :p

Looks like a great product, but wanna make sure before I purchase one

    • Not a fan. Never had a retractable cable that lasts - the fragile retraction mechanism is always the first to go. And with two built-in cables… You're stuck with twice the bulk on your power bank when the mechanisms inevitably fall apart.

And using one of the freaking retractable cables as a lanyard? That's literally obsolescence built into the product. They're goading you into breaking the retraction mechanism before they begin to fail themselves.

I have had one of those myself for 7 months, pretty solid so far.
One is flat retractable, the other is fixed round braid, both very durable.
I suggest checking users' reviews online to get a clearer picture.

      • Oh, the lanyard cable is not a retractable? That seems a little better.

Still, not sure how long the retractable mechanism is going to last.

Even if it does last, you're going to end up with a reverse problem where the cable you bought and paid for is fused to a battery that will inevitably run down and become useless one day.

Unless the cable can somehow be removed or salvaged by the user?

        • TBH, I haven't read any review that is talking about this. I actually tried the 737, prime, and this one is by far better, as I don't have to carry around additional cables, and provides enough output watts to charge multiple devices simultaneously while being charged (Pass through).
That said, the power bank has 4 ports, 2 built-ins (USB-C), one USB-C port 100W, and one USB-A port (30W).
