Been keeping an eye on this one for a while and finally needed to pull the trigger on getting a washing machine. Reviews can be mixed on it but taking the plunge. Nearly $60 off the previous best with free delivery this time.

    How good is the product quality compared to LG, purchased WV5-1208W for $545, is worth to spend for 10kg? 3 year vs 2 year warranty!!

      Following - I’m also considering upgrading to a larger size machine both for load (go through heaps of washing due to toddler) and also a slightly larger footprint - hoping to mount my Onix Heat pump dryer.

    I got this to replace my faulty Fisher & Paykel and have noticed a big difference in quality.

    The Hisense’s touch buttons are ridiculously sensitive, so much so that a mere brush against the panel would activate it.

    Clothes are definitely not as dry after spin cycles compared to the F&P, which is a big negative in my books.

    The part that I find the most frustrating is that despite being connected to the app, the machine can only inform me when a cycle is done, but won’t allow me to run another cycle on it after remotely, since the power will automatically get disconnected from the machine soon after. I love my home automations but this app is pretty much useless for the most of it.

    I’ll defo be returning to a more tried and tested brand in the future.

    Do not get this - the buttons are so annoying and rotary dial plays up so it becomes almost impossible to select a function. Avoid.
