Bought from GG 2 weeks ago for $223, their price beat atm is only $222 might be worth calling them to see if they match so you can get from bricks and mortar store.

I'm fairly happy with it, I didn't want a wet/dry vac as I already have a v11 just something to clean up kids mess on tiles and this does exactly that. Bubble gum, chocolate, caked on peas, stains that were months old needed a few passes but eventually the steam nukes it off. I just have to vacuum first which is fine by me since I have to do carpets anyways.

Great advice! Got GG to match $184, immediate collection instead of Amazon delivery in October!

      • was in GG on Sunday, was told they did not match online store, nor Costco (same price)

        • Yeah my experience was same, no price match for a whole bunch of stores I found online, including some with brick n mortar stores…

  • A much better deal was the next version S8201 with steam blast for $199 delivered!

    • Do you have a link? Cheers

      • This was the deal

Ah i missed that one. Thank you

          • @Codeless: I am waiting for that too.

            • @rusho: Do you know the main difference between these two models except the led lights and cord length?

              • +1

@Codeless: No, I think it heats up quickly and the steam temperature is higher.

  • I really hated mopping before, didn't do it that often, but with this it's much easier and it seems to dry quicker than traditional mopping. The cord is a bit annoying though, have to hang it over my shoulder when I mop. Not sure if the newer model fixes this or not.

Yes, the newer version of your shoulders easily helps with cords, well worth the upgrade …

Are these ok for floorboards or really only safe for tiles?
