Donate $400 to charity then go buy a toothbrush without A.I.

    • I’ll post my charity details

      Thanks to all advance

  • There are some devices that really don't need to ever be "smart". Also I hate that oralb have change the brush format. So stupid!

  • Absolutely ludicrous. I want to know why the battery will last 10x longer than the $50 one.

  • Agree deadass scam for a toothbrush at this price.

  • $450 for a electric toothbrush 🤣🤣

Indeed ballsy of you to post to this povvo public forum, dear sir.

Post-irony is lost on these plebs, but I admire you casting these pearls before swine.

Take my + for your boldness.

Got 5, one for each tooth

  • Bloody hell that is insanely expensive. This is what's driving companies to keep pushing prices up.

    • +1

have you heard of market segments?

  • I had the iO7 (RRP $249 now)

Without a doubt it cleaned my teeth better than the electric toothbrushes I had had until that point. It died pretty quickly (lots of resets during use) and I almost immediately abandoned any smart features.

I replaced it with their entry version (uses same brush head) and I would say its 95% as good… and I paid $70 for it. Not a chance in hell this is worth that money.

    • Would you recommend the iO2?

      • +2

from my research iO3 is the sweet spot for features + capability

  • My wife uses the iO8 toothbrush and it has a really crappy design which makes mould trapped into every crevice making it so bothersome to keep clean. It appears to be a design flaw, I have a Phillips sonicare and that does not have that issue for half the price.
