Replacing Roof Insulation Batts What Rating

I'm in Melbourne in a 70's brick house with tiled roof.
Over the years the batts have been disturbed.
Too old to do myself so looking for a company to replace them.
I need recommendations What rating & brand insulation batts to go for ?
recommend me a company to remove & replace

    Does it need replacing, can't you just pile even more insulation on to of it?

    I was going to diy, but it was actually cheaper to pay some to supply and install. You should make photos/video part of the final payment.
