I'm in Melbourne in a 70's brick vernier house with tiled roof.
Over the years the bats have been disturbed.
Too old to do myself so looking for a company to replace them.

That cantilever looks impossibly expensive.
I'll never be able to afford a house of that caliper.
I pictured bats in the roof when OP said it was an old house.
Does it need replacing, can't you just pile even more insulation on to of it?
