Found on Clearance the Samsung A15 4G Prepaid Mobile at my local Kmart of $69.50. Had to drive to another store to get stock but there are some around the place. Network locked to Telstra.

I bought a couple of really really cheap phones I knew were locked to Telstra a little while back that I planned to put Aldi or similar SIMs in. I found it wasn't the Telstra NETWORK they were locked to, but Telstra.

It will probably be locked to the Telstra retail network, so it should work with Boost which has full access to the Telstra network.
ALDI and Woolworths are on the Telstra MVNO (wholesale) network.

I called in Kmart. I gave the number to Kmart customer service. They can’t find anything. If someone going to buy same phone. Pls check sku number.

Great find. But 3rd party unlocking gets harder as time gets by.
Factor in Telstra unlocking fee if planing a trip to Europe.
Much of Europe is phasing out cheap "burner" phones due to high crime.
Geoblocking of apps is getting past nuisance level.
