Lyca Mobile: $10 Cashback ($4 Profit) on 80GB 28 Days Prepaid SIM/eSIM for $6 Delivered @ TopCashback AU

2212

$4 profit, I selected the eSim.
Lyca uses Vodafone network.

Select :
Partner Exclusive - Short Term High Value Plan
$30.00
80GB Data
Unlimited national talk & text
Unlimited calls to 35 countries

I had issues getting it activated but it may have been the fact I was trying in a very low reception area. Support generated a new QR code and eventually it worked. (support took maybe 30 minutes to get through)

This is my first deal I have posted but wanted to share with you all. I needed a cheap/free esim so it worked fine for me.
(I needed a free eSim or $1 that I could get and found this)

TCB terms: "SIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase for cashback to be eligible."

  • Whats the difference in auto renewal and auto recharge?

purchase esim plan last week, till not receive any activation email yet.

    • Follow it up, i ordered esim yesterday, it was instant

      • Was it tracked?

        • Yup, within 2 hours I think

          • @MeesusEff: Oh probably i should contact them, no tacking still after 5 days

  • Ordered, lets hope for the best that it tracks!

Still not tracked after 5 days, how is it going with others? Should we contact someone?

    • I ordered another one last night and 24 hours later still not tracked. I did use wifi (since I ran out of data which is why I needed this), seems like phone data has much better tracking

      • I used mobile data, but didnt track

  • Is there a length requirement to keep this active? If I change the esim to another provider after the month is it going to invalidate the cashback or do u have to wait for the cb to be approved before removing the esim? The t&cs says it cannot be cancelled, not sure if deleting the esim would be considered cancelling.

    • Ffs clicked the qr code, got an error now can't activate as the qr code is already 'used'. But since it's activated I can just leave it and get $4 profit lol

      • contact/email customer service they reissue a qr code

Not sure if shopback is better but its upsized it to be $11.50 thus $5.5 profit

  • Great, got this for some data as last time I put an actual number I use onto a Lyca sim it was a nightmare. Already I am having trouble with the activation page throwing an error.

Even at a profit Lyca is not worth the time.

  • Wondering why deal has expired? topcashback (and shopback till 23/10) still having upsized cashback

    • 80GB sim is no longer $6.

both links from TCP and SB are still showing $6 for the 80GB plan per their respective link to shop… I wonder if people expire it without clicking the link

Interesting! I just looked direct on the Lyca website.

At any rate I would never buy anything from Lyca.

          • @wavesgreen: Its a special partner plan (per link address) I would imagine given TCP and SB are promoting for them on this special plan not publicly searchable on their own website probably. So who turned this "deal" expired this time?

            • +1

@henestto: No idea who Expired it. You can click on Report and select 'In Stock/Available Again' and a Mod will review it.
Edit: And add a note in the field about the direct link from TCB for the special price.
