Email from Sonos says double credit to 30%. Redemption page on website (https://www.sonos.com/en-au/myaccount/user/offers/upgrade) says up to 30% credit. You need to have an account and be logged in view this page. Tried Move 2 and it is 30%. YMMV. Not sure if targeted.

    The 30% off is only if you have any S1 devices you haven't upgraded.

        Just tried and can confirm once added to cart it turns to 30%. You can go back to the catalogue page and it will display all the items applicable for 30% off

    I had a sonos 1 previously, just ordered arc ultra for $1259 (after 30% discount). After I placed the order for arc ultra, for once sonos site applied 30% on Sub 4 when adding to cart individually but it retracted. Missed out on ordering a sub.

        I called Sonos customer care now. They provided the 30% promo code 'UPGRADE15-DFX49XDPWNW6QLK4' valid between Sep 8th and 14th 2025 only. Ordered a Sub 4 to complete the setup with my Arc Ultra.

        Probably valid for existing customers only.
