    Tracked in 40 minutes. Priceline was tracked faster within 5 minutes yesterday.

    I bought what I need anyway. For example, Listerine value pack 1.5 L is cheaper in Chemist Warehouse if compared with others that sell in smaller size and no other comparable size. So, it's cheaper :)

      Similarly happen to me except I missed the deadline coz the website was slow to load (only realised CWH had 5% upsize at 5mins before midnight). I was sadge to miss the $5 bonus from ytd, now this appears. God works in mysterious ways :)

      I don't even buy anything behind the counter to minimise risk.

      Yes just make a new transaction. The first txn will yield $0 cashback and the future txns will count. If anything TA will manually fix up your account.

      I believe so. Anything behind the counter.. I believe TA says that CWH has enforced these exclusions across all CB platforms including ShopBack, and If you see ShopBack's CWH page, under T&C there's exclusion list… Which includes Telfast…

      Funny coz in one of their rates mentioned "Selected Mersynofen, Telfast, Selsun, Ostelin, Cenovis, Nature's Own, Bisolvon and Dulcolax items".. Typical SB, contradictory asf, and so unorganised

      @I Smell Pennies There is no cashback on "Pharmacy Medicines" (Schedule 2 or higher) that are kept behind the counter.

      Previous purchases such as Telfast 70 &100 tablets, Nurofen 48 & 96 tablets etc are NO longer eligible for cashback.

      Click on the image of the item on the CWH website. Check the label on the item at the top of packaging.

      Cashback is NOT eligible if label states:

      • PHARMACY MEDICINE
      • PHARMACIST ONLY MEDICINE
      • PRESCRIPTION ONLY MEDICINE
      • PRACTITIONER ONLY

      If label/package doesn't state the above, then cashback would be eligible.

        I just called the store to cancel the order, but couldn't stomach the recorded voice… ended up hanging up after 4 minutes of waiting (felt like forever). It's so bizarre there's no way to email them about the cancellation. I really hope they change the voice actress if they had to use one.

          @adventurer Nasonex is not eligible for cashback as it's Pharmacy Medicine. It's kept behind the counter (or over the counter). It's not out in the shop where the public can take off the shelf.

      I will suggest to buy it from Priceline the price is $37.50 for 90 tablets instead of $55 at chemistwarehouse and it has the same ingredients

    My purchase has been tracked within 2 hours even though I had issues at the checkout. I never received a confirmation on the screen that it's successful and it kept loading. However, I received an email confirming my order has been confirmed. I was worried this might caused issue with cashback tracking and ready to put in a claim of missing transaction.       Depending on which Children's Nurofen you bought, some are not eligible for cashback as they are classed as "Pharmacy Medicine".
