      Attemped to ask on the live chat, response was 'Unfortunately not as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.'

      Interesting timing making the better value package go on sale after promoting the 280GB package the day before…

        Samething, called them with the exchange request, and requested to show me the return or exchange policy, they said them can only read it out to me but unable to point it to me online, just emphasized that they can't exchange the plan.

        I've requested a callback with their supervisor.

            @rekke: They agreed me to place a new order, afterwards they can send me a new one, but I didn't bother to do that, still kept the 280GB plan

  Anyone got any feedback on their data/speed quality? I know it’s Optus, however, I have seen major complaints online about not only their support but their data speeds and performance. Looking to use it as a mobile hotspot in the car.
  It’s either this or Boost 365 plan (Telstra)
