Dell says:
Perfect for all your entertainment and light gaming, this 24-inch FHD monitor features a high 200Hz refresh rate, fast IPS panel and built-in ComfortView Plus.

No professional reviews that I could find. I've sought feedback on this monitor across a few forums - generally the commentary is that its not great for e-sports or action games but non-gamers have been quite happy with it.
Tilt only stand.

The 27" FHD version is also available for $148.81: https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/dell-27-200hz-monitor-se2725…

Wow, $115 gets you a pretty decent monitor,
Yes, it's not a 38" 4K Ultrawide 480Hz OLED but 200Hz IPS, not bad at all especially considering how expensive else has gotten

    • Yes, it's not a 38" 4K Ultrawide 480Hz OLED

I can't believe you'd hold out your secret deals for $115 large, high-res, high refresh rate OLEDs - unbelievable /s

    • Google says this model has no built in speakers - no sound!

  • -3

Well it is odd to see a 200 Hz 24" monitor. The 27" makes more sense for $149 🤔

    • +11

1080p for 27” is not good, OK for 24”

I rather hold for 27” QHD for $220

      • QHD is preferable for 27" and there are better deals than $220 for that.

    • +2

1080p is a bit low resolution for a 27" in my opinion.
      But each to their own

      • given 4k is around nowaday, cant accept 1080 on 27'' T_T

  • +2

    Very good deal

    • +6

associated is saying it's a good deal. Wild.
      It is though.

I imagine it’s just a new user that accidentally said they were associated

  • Why are there no OLED 1080p monitors

    • +1

Because the text would look like shit.

  • Any idea why manufacturers are highly reluctant to incorporate a USB C input ?

    • +6

Dell have a USB C range. This is a cheapy monitor from them. Bare basics.

    • Pointless cost for a useless feature on this class of monitor.

    Thanks op , yoinked one.

Few years ago this type of monitor cost 250-300$ at least

  • -2

which is hilarious because korean monitors could get to 200hz for $300-$400 10 years ago, that was qhd 27inch ips

imagine nothing changing in 10 years

  • it's showing $129.8

this would be great for retro gaming PS3 and below

Retro gaming don't need high hz monitor

Just received it today, and first impressions are not bad.

My specific unit is reasonably colour accurate and has a correct colour temperature out of the box, but the gamma is slightly off with seemingly no way to change it in the OSD.

Dell advertises 99% sRGB, mine has 95.8% coverage
They also say 300 nits, mine was about 286 nits at max brightness.

Motion clarity is decent to my eyes, using the “Super Fast” overdrive setting.

Overall, can’t complain for the price haha

  • Thanks for the update. Sounds like its hard to beat for the price.

  • Picked one up, thanks op.

Got mine for $104 using dell rewards cash

    Just received mine.

It's not bad for the price, I needed a temporary 24inch monitor due to space and desk limitations.

It's definitely not the crispiest I've seen, but it's $115.

Bonus: my laptop thanks me for FullHD, it's much easier to get good FPS in games.
