This Pack includes a full elicense for Ableton Live 12 Standard (as an upgrade from Ableton Live Lite - included with Focusrite Scarlett interface).
Let me know if this IS a good or not a good deal. idk for sure.

Every Focusrite product I've used is utter shite. Running a PreSonus now with zero issues.
I had a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd Generation, and I have to concur. It suffered from repeated USB related issues (and no, it wasn't my PC). Replacing it with a
Roland Rubix22 fixed all the issues.
My experience is completely different. Running Scarlett 18i16 in my home studio, and smaller units in two video edit suites at the office, been using those for years. Zero issues, noise free, the 18i16 completely replaced the 10 channel Yamaha digital audio mixer that took up a quarter of my desk space.
Focusrite also have excellent support service, helped me with a config issue when I first got the 18i16, and were instantly repsonsive and fixed the issue in minutes.
That said, I do like PreSonus as well, I have a small PreSonus interface I use for external work, as it can be bus-powered while connected to an iPad, which is quite handy in certain environments.
I have just bought Scarlett Solo Gen 2 used recently to try the $4 plugin sale recently and surprised how everything I see and read seems to assume I already know what to do with my guitar to hear something on my headphone through this device and the plugin on my computer. Even on the plugin website there is 0 description of how to use them.
I am making my way through it, just an observation I found interesting
There's a ton of breadth of knowledge in music production, and it's really hard to know what you can / can't assume your audience already knows.
I'd suggest looking up videos on YT for your sequencer (Ableton?) about how to use inserts (guitar plugins will usually run that way).
Scarlett Solo is supposed to be cheap. What is this $400 worth of software?
if anyone has an ableton live standard licence they want to sell please message me. price to beat is $264 (student price). thank you :)
I tried this when upgrading from a legacy M-Audio and returned it after a couple of weeks, got a MOTU M4 rather.
Software aside, if you already have a DAW and know what you're doing this is a long way from the best interface for the money.
A scarlet solo is 195 right now at dj city.
Live standard is currently 529 AU, much cheaper for EDU edition (don't buy if you have access to EDU discounts).
Sometimes, live is discounted though you'd need to be close to 50% discount to actually even match up to this.
TLDR: If you want exactly these things, yes.
