Paying Frank Health Insurance via AMEX. Any Kind of Workarounds?

Have an upcoming yearly tax minimisation fee health insurance bill coming up
Doesnt look like Frank take amex, so wondering if anyones got any ideas on bill paying work arounds (have a min spend on a new amex cc that would be handy to chew up with such a bill)
