If you already have $5 cashback balance in your SB account
A. get $5+1% cashback from this offer, now balance >$10 you can withdraw, OR
B. use $5 cashback balance to pay, receive $5 cashback, new cashback balance is still $5, still can't withdrawI wouldn't use cashback balance.
SB once had a promotion to use cashback to purchase gave you more cashback. They haven't run it since but I've kept a small amount in there just incase.

Every gift card sold on shopback is a 'shopback gift card' not to be confused with shopback branded gift card.

Got the $5 coles card and its tracked at 5c, it said in the app "Good to go" And no mention of $5 so far even though it did activate and have screenshots. Apprehensive with shopback as have had bad luck lately with their vague deals sometimes.

If anyone is buying any of the $5 ShopBack Swap cards, take note of the possibility that the retailer/s you want to swap for may not actually have a $5 denomination.
I bought a $5 ShopBack Health & Beauty Swap card intending to swap it to CWH, but realised I couldn't because CWH only comes in denominations of $20 and higher. I guess it's lucky that I won't be out of pocket as the $5 bonus cashback has tracked for me
That Health & Beauty Swap is a real trap. Same thing happened to me in the past and so I'm not falling for that again. True, the T&Cs DO mention that some denominations may not be swapped for some cards, but it's the fine print, right?
