Be runnin' up that road
Be runnin' up that hill
Be runnin' up that building?
Excellent - won’t replace a hiking boot for really tough hikes but they are excellent shoes
Too late on the deal with this advice but they are great. Salomon are my go to brand for hiking shoes and boots (incl trail running ahoes)
I do all my hiking in trail running shoes. I'm not climbing K2 when I'm hiking, it's mostly forest trails, a little scrambling, 3-capes trek, Cradle Mountain. Don't need dedicated hiking boots for that unless you're expecting some severe weather.
Thanks OP
Grabbed a blue pair for $60 with an $8 off code I saw. What an insane deal.
Is the code targeted?
I think so - it was $8 off a $60 spend.
Share the code?
@bargainshooter: Sorry I just saw the button and hit redeem, didn't even take notice of the actual code. It was something along the lines of 8OFF60
got it for 57.50 with 10 off
Did you need to spend $100 or more to get the $10 off (with that $10 off Shopback cashback maybe ?)?
nah didnt
So,…..was that just a personal one off $10 you had in your account then ?
Thankyou OP brilliant deal.
No ankle support .
Great Thankyou! The prices are changing for some sizes so get in quick
Prices already changed, had it in cart already too
Looks like it’s expired now
Ozbargained
Whoops.. bought at 67 and cancelled to do cashback and now it's gone back to full price
That hurts
Always make the second order before cancelling the first one.
That makes sense, unless the second order is tricky to cancel sometimes ?
Dang good price. But held off as it seems like a lot of reviews say they tear or come apart pretty easily within a short time.
Don't feel so bad for missing deal after reading your comment here lol.
Thanks OP managed to get one pair
Thanks, bought a pair since my last pair of Solomon's are getting a bit banged up. Great price.
damn was looking at salomons yesterday and was a few seconds short here..
Was hesitating abit while signing in as usually Salomon shoes abit narrow to me. But gone is split second…
Yep now owned by a large Chinese conglomerate. Although design is still in France
Yes this is my issue, very narrow. Got some keens which are a wider fit and also on sale
Their quality has gone downhill in last 2 years. Ive switched to Columbia now which are soo much better
Quality is not the same as it used to be. Unfortunate.
They're no longer hiking shoes.
Grow a mow, get some tats and you're set for the hipster life in Melbs.
Ugly shoe leeching off the brand. They are crap quality nowadays made in the same sweatshop as all the other chinese shoes. Not even worth 60 bucks
Yeah all brands have gone down hill.
I remember approx 20 years ago buying a colarado shoe that lasted over 12 years with no rips. Threw it away because i got bored of it
Hushpuppies leather is really bad. Starts peeling off in a few months.
Ive got 3 pair of these and the weakest spot for me is the in side heel, which has become shredded on all 3 pairs.
I use the stick on heel protectors, but frustrating that this will dictate the life of the shoes.
And no, I don't hike - I'm a Melb Hipster and these are my go to kicks.
(puts a fresh beret on, vest, tshirt, 3/4 length tight black jeans so I can go get my almond mocca)
Which heel protectors do you use?
Same problem
Same problem, as in Hipster issues… ?
Or shredded heels…
My man has women's feet will these work ?
Missed out, but awesome find op. Have a pair and theyre pretty solid. At this price = no brainer
I have these. They're quite narrow, and have quite a significant arch which can make it uncomfortable if you've had flatter shoes in the past.
How are these shoes for hiking?
