NBN 500 Plan (500/50) $35 $40/Month
NBN 750 Plan (750/50) $35 $45/Month
NBN 1000 Plan (1000/100) $40 $50/Month

To ensure tracking, use the TopCashback app, click the "Get Cashback" pink button to the amaysim website, use mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • You must be the property owner or primary leaseholder signing up for a new nbn service. You must activate the nbn service and remain with amaysim for 75 days minimum to be eligible for cashback. Upon submitting your application, you will receive a call confirming the T&Cs of the offer and plan. If amaysim is unable to contact you, or you do not agree to the T&Cs, you will not be eligible cashback. amaysim retains the right to change or alter the terms of this offer at any time.
  • Cashback is eligible only on nbn plans and for new amaysim nbn customers only. Other products and services (including mobile products) are ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Cashback is paid once per order/transaction, regardless of the number of plans purchased on that order.
  • Cashback is provided by TopCashback, and not by amaysim.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

  • Fantastic deal when stacking with the 2 month offer. I'm crying in FTTN though.

  • Cheap. How does Amaysim rate as an ISP?

  • Shopback hasn’t updated their namings for the nbn yet but seems to be offering higher cashback at $65 for the 500 plan. Surely top cashback can beat it

    • @peteryoung You are mistaken. $65 cashback is for the 50/20 plan, not 500 plan. ShopBack does not have cashback for the plans in this post.

TopCashback also offers $65 cashback for NBN 50 (50/20) and $55 cashback for NBN 25 (25/10). TopCashback has cashback for 6 plans including the faster speeds with FTTP or HFC.

I went to Amaysim a few months ago. I was getting drop outs, they kept asking for speed tests at different times. I ended up shifting over to Leaptel and they diagnosed a line fault while I was on the phone with them the first time and booked an NBN tech. Issue was fixed by the end of the week.

This is only one instance but it felt like Amaysim just wanted to fob me off. It also felt like the Leaptel employee had more knowledge of how the process worked, Amaysim we’re just reading from a script.

  • I was wondering the cancellation policy Amaysim NBN has, 30 days in advance? thanks

    • +1

      No.

      Satisfaction guarantee
Give us a crack or your money back if you’re unhappy within 30 days.

Cancellation: You can cancel your plan at any time by notifying us. You will not receive a refund of charges paid in advance for the remainder of your payment cycle, unless otherwise set out in our agreement and subject to your consumer law rights. Once you have cancelled, you will retain access to your service until the end of your renewal period.

so minimum stay three months meaning $40x2+$80-$35=$41.6 per month.

  • One thing I've noticed with the ISPs (except one, can't remember which one) I tried so far is even though I provided a future date to be connected they would start sending welcome emails and connection settings straight away, completely ignoring the future date.

    • +1

Personally, that's much better than receiving nothing at all and then faffing around on the last day getting in touch with them on the day of the connection only to be told they have no NBN order showing on their end (I've had that happen recently with Dodo).

      • That would be a nightmare

Will they really call? I always miss calls.

    • Even if you do, return call to confirm order?

Usually TCB tracking is okay for me but I signed up to this 500mbps plan last week on 18th September Thursday but haven't yet received a TCB tracking confirmation email. I wonder what went wrong here.

    • +1

Same for me. I signed up yesterday, and it hasn’t tracked. This is the second time in the last two weeks that I’ve had this issue. I never had any problems with TCB until this month.

      • Same with me it wasnt tracked..infact it tracked as i purchased $30 dollars and 0 cashback..but I paid $50 NBN 1000 plan

        • @NoHorny @deliriouss @zweetaz Sorry to hear. Please message the rep tightarse

          • @trixieb: @NoHorny @deliriouss @zweetaz

Please check your earnings page and message me if there's an order for amaysim even if tracked at $0 cashback. I can see stacks of nbn tracked orders in the system at the correct cashback values, but I can also see a number of orders tracked at $0 cashback and reporting as SIMs (which are ineligible). The second part has me concerned as I assumed members were buying SIMs and not nbn so I didn't bother investigating. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers!

            • @tightarse: Same here. Shows $0 purchase and $0 cashback for purchase on 19 Sep 2025 on the earnings page, no email notification. I did set the delayed connection date of 21 Sep so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

              • @Golbat: Awesome. As above, please private message me your TCB email address and a screenshot of your order invoice/confirmation from amaysim. You can upload it here on OzB / My Account / Files, then click the file and copy/paste the link into the message. Look forward to hearing from you.

                • +1

@tightarse: @Golbat Thanks for your message and assistance, very useful. Details were sent to amaysim and they immediately asked us to pause them on TCB until they resolve this issue as they want all orders tracking correctly.

@trixieb Please kindly expire the deal until further notice. Apologies for the inconvenience.

                  • @tightarse: Sorry to hear TA. Thanks for the prompt response.

                  • @tightarse: Still not tracked, can't submit missing cashback as it says Order number is not formatted correctly

                    • @Brick50: Please try submitting again. This should be sorted. Thanks.

                  • @tightarse: Didn't track for me either. I logged a missing cashback claim on 2nd October.

We just wanted to let you know your claim was submitted to the retailer, via their tracking network. While we can’t make any changes to the claim now it’s been submitted we’ll let you know as soon as we hear back. Generally we find it takes around about 12-16 weeks to get a result for claims like yours. Sometimes it can be a little longer or indeed shorter but what we can assure you is that as soon as we know anything, we will let you know. In the future you will be able to post on your claim but in the meantime, our team continues to work really hard to get a result from the network for you and we will let you know as soon as we do have an outcome.

A little longer than 12-16 WEEKS? With the order number included? I mean, really?

            • @tightarse: @tightarse There is no tracked order for amaysim on my earnings page. I had the same issue with Lyca as well. Tracking used to be pretty flawless for me in the past, but it has been problematic in recent weeks. I messaged you my TCB email address along with a screenshot of my order from amaysim.

  • FYI - ShopBack also has the same promotion on but best to hold off since it’s reporting incorrectly for TCB

  • Noooooo I was going to sign up 😭
