Also Twix, Superloop will announce their 2gb plans on Thrusday - might as well get your post ready xD

Great price although for 2 months only. Here's hoping other mobs joins the party and offer something similar…

    • Hopefully 5 more so I can continue to churn for 1 year then rotate

  • When the offer expire?

all that effort for just 2 months

I know you got downvoted but i agree. 2 Months is pissy and barely worth the effort, especially when scumbags like Flip and TGP require 30 days' written notice to churn out.

        Ex wife, is that you?

Perfect for churners. $80 saving for 2 months and then earn another $95 cashback when churn back to like superloop. By then will be time for Black Friday daeals.

Most of the time though you arent considered a new customer within a 12 month window.

        • A new Superloop customer is defined as someone that is no longer a Superloop customer and has no active service with them.

No mentioning of 12 month window this recent deal and someone said they churned every 6 months with no issue.

        • I went from Superloop to Superloop for the Black Friday deal lol. Downside was that they activated me 3 weeks early so the month I already paid for was wasted.

  • do they have pop in vic?

  • +2

if only they had 2000/200 50% off

Twix used to the benchmark caramel biscuit. Its now a name synonymous with NBN deals. Nice.

  • Is Amaysim owned by Optus? How does this deal compare with Optus or other ISP deal?

  • +2

Getting competitive now on NBN, too bad the gov let some of us rot with Opticomm!

  • I pay $15 a month for their cheapest mobile plan.
I’m currently on $130/m Launtel 1000/100 plan. I wonder if I’d notice a difference if I changed… Saving $30/m for the same plan sounds good to me.

Wow! What a time to be alive. Never thought I'd see the day NBN plans in Australia would be this low.

    • +3

temporary time to be alive. 2 months only

i was with amaysim for about a month and it did not seem as snappy as Optus but then again at this price why not ride the wave! Thank @Twix for posting these deals

    • Try changing your DNS to Cloudflare.

      • +2

by default i have my router set to 1.1.1.1

        • Why not 8.8.8.8?

          • +1

@FerreroRocher: Generally I've found that Cloudflare is consistently faster than Google. You can perform a simple ping test to see which one is faster from your location.

            • @AusRetro: CloudFlare is noticeably faster for me in Adelaide.

The downside is CloudFlare has more downtime than Google (but we're talking like, a minute, maybe even less, every few months that I have noticed, nothing crazy).

  • Is there a way to switch NBN provider without any downtime?

    • Downtime is very brief anyway.

Thanks this is perfect timing for me

I churned from them less than 6 months ago and it shows that pricing for me now. So I suspect new customer is just anyone who doesn't have an active connection with them.

50% off is worth it. Thanks Twix.
