Mattel's new Brick Shop Hot Wheels toys only recently came out and are heavily discounted at Target.
Roughly 40% off for these sets:
Cadillac Project GTP Hypercar $18.40 (RRP $29) https://www.target.com.au/p/mattel-brick-shop-hot-wheels-cad…
Custom ’68 Camaro $18.40 (RRP $29) https://www.target.com.au/p/mattel-brick-shop-hot-wheels-cus…
Accura NSX $47.20 (RRP $79) https://www.target.com.au/p/mattel-brick-shop-hot-wheels-9-a…
Custom ’62 Chevy Pickup $47.20 (RRP $79) https://www.target.com.au/p/mattel-brick-shop-hot-wheels-cus…
Corvette Grand Sport $47.20 (RRP $79) https://www.target.com.au/p/mattel-brick-shop-hot-wheels-cor…
Mercedes-Benz 300 Sl $135.20 (RRP $219) https://www.target.com.au/p/mattel-brick-shop-hot-wheels-mer…
These are lego-like pieces, however have more custom/specific pieces for these sets. There are some metal bits included, and all of them come with the regular 1:64 Hot Wheels car included. The one in the Mercedes-Benz is a fancier one with rubber wheels etc (like a premium Hot Wheels 1:64 car).
From what I've seen in reviews, they are decent builds, but not quite the "quality" of Lego. One comment I read suggested 3/4 of the quality for 3/4 of the cost, although that was at the RRP, so 40% off is pretty good option!

Are these Lego Speed Champions scale??
They look pretty good for what they are… definitely a lot closer to the actual cars compared to the Lego ones.
