EG GC can be used at WW & EG. More versatile.

I also used EG GC at Big W online. Just add 628000 at the front of the gift card number (same deal with using it at Woolworths online).

BigW one is showing as shop at BigW not giftcard on mine. Maybe they make mistakes but beware careful

Tracked pretty quick, within 5 mins or so.
Last deal the StG bank bonus for this didn’t track, a lot of others were in the same boat chasing it up. Was told to wait two weeks for it to track, then when it still didn’t track we had to send a bunch of info. Finally got the money tracked after 3 weeks, but it was a big waste of time. That wasn’t the first time that has happened for me.

yeah it was a cluster and even with GYB's advice on emailing help@shopback.com.au and providing all the info and more. I still got 2 delayed emails responses requesting information that was in my original email. it's like the support ticket is going past the SLA so quick, email the customer & ask for <random information> then we can put the ticket as pending customer & stop the clock. Oh bugga they've responded, the clock has restarted l, lets email them again asking for <random information> then we can put the ticket back on pending customer

Mine eventually tracked this last week. The bank bonus $20, then a follow up $5.
Then after that the ShopBack help guy emailed me saying there was a $20 limit. Clueless lol. 😂

Yes. It seems that you don't have Westpac card. You can test it on its online shopping platform immediately after purchase.

Your WBC card may be not eligible. Not all are eligible.
It's showing as eligible, mine is the Low Rate… I've also got the normal debit added too.
Which card is it? I've had no issues with any westpac debit card (choice) or credit card.
Is it one of those Prepaid Mastercard Worldwide Wallet?
I've got the Low Rate Mastercard, and also the normal debit card added, both which are on the eligible list.
Try removing the card, wait an hour, and re-add only the debit card. Make sure you've got at least $0.01 in the account.
Some banks have card options that blocks online spending/gambling etc so check that too.

A family member is getting the same "This deal isn't available to you" error trying to purchase the Woolworths Supermarket gift card. They have a newly opened Shopback account with a Westpac debit Mastercard. In Westpac Lounge it says the card is successfully linked.
Big W doesn't seem to be a gift card purchase.
