    Wow, just realised they removed Brand Cash! So you don't earn 15% brand cash any longer.

    Their new Pet Cash is only on selected and 'fewer' brands. This is so disappointing!
    Doesn't make it worthwhile buying from Petstock any longer. Need to do the maths again =(

    For those having issues with tracking, here's my latest: Firefox -> Help -> Troubleshoot Mode. Open TopCashback and the sites you are visiting, turn off Enhanced tracking protection at the address bar, then close the tabs. Now purchase as normal. Tested and worked twice today. I don't have any extra layers of security at the router level though.

        Go to your local farm supplier and get wooden horse bedding pellets. They are the best cat litter for ozber (price/effect ratio). These paper ones are good if you can't get the wooden pellets or have newborn kittens that would eat anything.

          100% this. When used with the sifter tray, you don't need to throw out the whole litterbox worth like you do with newspaper pellets. The wood and wood oils absorb/disguise the smell better. The pee-soaked sawdust can be composted (no poop).

        I haven't used any other litter in the last 5 years so can't compare, however our cats are fine with it.
        Only 2 minor issues, there's a small amount of dust from the pellets and the cats sometimes flick a few pellets across the floor after exiting the litter box.
        Btw, a 30L bag is approx 10-11kgs. The brands you mentioned look expensive on a weight comparison basis, though I'm tempted to try clumping litter (as it may be less wasteful).

              @life is suffering: Ok that helps lend perspective, worlds best is like $70 for the 12kg bag (i try to only get it when sales/cashback deals bring it down to $50) but that lasts me 3 months easily for 2 x 5kg cats.

        From previous experience, Petstock’s autoshop and after-dark sale discounts don’t stack. If the auto shop discount is less than 20%, then buying one-off during the sale would be cheaper. After-dark sale has been happening monthly for the last few months since they started parsing out Brand Dollars. However, they started excluding frozen and fresh food from the 20% off, which is a bummer for me.

    Had a bad experience with our last cashback experience with Pet Stock. We arranged to click and collect from our local store and, despite them accepting our order, the local store didn’t have stock so they told head office we cancelled the order. We found out when we got an email telling us we had cancelled the order. We contacted head office and said we hadn’t cancelled the order and were willing to go elsewhere for pickup but they said there was nothing they could do. I usually shop at Pet Barn now.

        The shop back deal is actually capped at $35 per item ( not total) which imo is a better deal than this, esp when stacked with the Westpac deal. I can confirm it's per item as I got $145 back on my order.

            @swamp potato: not really, basically as long as the items you are purchasing are under $109.38 you you will get the full 32% back and you can buy multiple of it but with Top CB you are limited to a single order being $114.29 to maximise your cashback.

    Cancelling my order as no tracking after 24 hours and the response from TCB despite tracked click was:

    Wait 7 days and if not tracked we will submit a claim to the merchant which can take several months.

    No thanks! Never had an issue with TCB previously so this may be an issue particular to Petstock.
