Everyday Market From Woolworths: 25% Cashback (Capped At $150 Per Member) @ TopCashback AU

820

Great cashback offer. Ends today 7pm AEST. Nintendo Switch 2 for $545 (after $150 cashback).

  • Spend between $50 - $1000 ($150 cashback cap per member).
  • Max spend is $600 for max $150 cashback (per member).
  • GST is included for cashback.

Cashback is INELIGIBLE with code GET10 ($10 off $100) or new member code EMNEW10 ($10 off $100). TA has confirmed here and previously when I asked.

It is recommended to use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get 25% Cashback' pink button to the Woolworths/Everyday Market website (NOT app), mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser. (Pause or uninstall Woolworths/Everyday Market app if you have it)

TA's Tracking Tips:

  • Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
  • For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • Cashback for Everyday Market from Woolworths is eligible only on items that display the orange Everyday Market logo and "sold by" branding. Cashback is ineligible on any grocery items, packaging, tobacco, and delivery subscriptions.
  • Orders less than $50 or more than $1000 are ineligible for cashback.
  • Important: When a cap is specified in the cashback rate, it will apply per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the length of the promotional period. As an example, a $100 cap running alongside an increased cashback lasting 3 days will allow for a maximum payout of $100 per member and/or per Woolworths customer for the 3 days of the promotion. Woolworths can decline transactions at its discretion based on these terms. TopCashback has no control over this process.
  • Any orders made from outside Australia or perceived to be made from outside Australia (ie. using a VPN) will have cashback declined. This is at the discretion of Woolworths (not TopCashback).
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made using Woolworths business accounts, or perceived to be business accounts. This is at the sole discretion of Woolworths.
  • If Woolworths deem reseller behaviour is taking place to gamify the cashback system, cashback might be ineligible.
  • Purchases made for resale or trade purposes are ineligible for any Cashback offer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Cashback where we believe any order has been made in breach of this eligibility condition. We will not be liable to any loss or claim arising as a result of a cancellation of or refusal to issue Cashback under this clause.

What else is essential

  • Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.
  • Cashback is ineligible if using any Woolworths Rewards points as payment.
  • Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
  • You must accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • You must always return to TopCashback and click the 'get cashback' button through to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
  • To be eligible for cashback, all transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted/negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

  • Purchases made through 'Everyday Market from Woolworths' will register in your TopCashback account as 'Woolworths Groceries'.
  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

Where is my nintendo switch cashback?

  • +3

$600 (inc GST) spend for max cashback

  • $666.66 if we subtract the tax

    • +8

GST is included for cashback with WW/EM.

    • Unavailable ☹️

    • Worked for me, thanks!

  • +2

Thanks for posting this. I grabbed a new Ubiquiti router as my old one is struggling with the recent speed boost from NBN.

    • do you just buy a bunch of these for a large house or is there a specific add on?

      • +1

Just one. It's to replace an older Ubiquiti set up. This should replace three seperate bits of hardware (USG, AP and a Raspberry Pi running a controller). I'm getting too old to mess around with a complicated setup and this simplifies back down to a single piece of hardware.

But these can be setup on multiples for a mesh system, but there's probably cheaper alternatives out there to do this.

        • Just got one of these recently and (silly of me) didn’t realise it can’t act as a gateway in an existing Unifi Network. Not sure if you’re running Protect or anything else off a UCK but you’ll have to let the UX7 host its own Network module.

Again, my fault for not reading but wasn’t obvious to me.

Please don't use any codes. Cashback has been rejected. Refer to the post description and T&Cs.

      • +2

oops that was a typo for "dont" but as long as the message got across, I'm sure my fragile Ozb ego will recover from 11 negs.

  • +6

Ordered but 24 weeks estimated payout time? Is that for real? That's insane! It needs to be put in the OP that it will take that long to pay out.

    • +1

Yeah can you imagine that I ordered my switch months ago via EM/TCB and I'm only halfway through waiting, it's nerve wrecking ($200)

  • +1

Everything I'm looking at is at least 25% cheaper elsewhere.
What's on Everyday Market that's actually good value?

    • +2

Some items to consider (especially pertinent to your username):
PS5, Switch 2, Switch 2 pro controller, switch 2 games, ps5 controller (especially the dual sense edge), Clair Obscur [PS5] etc.

      • Despite the username, that I came up with in high school, I haven't really had time for video games since working full time and starting a family, but appreciate the help 😅

    • I found a TPlink switch, normally sold for $59 on Amazon but down to $49 today, sold here for $57. But the shipping cost is $14.

  • Can you use gift cards as payment?

    • +1

      Unfortunately no.

      In the OP:

Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.

Cashback is ineligible if using any Woolworths Rewards points as payment.

      Giddy Up!

      • -2

Can you please edit the OP to reflect the 24 weeks estimated payout time for the cashback. It's crazy it will take that long. I wouldn't have purchased had I known and others should be aware.

        • Cashback usually takes several months to be paid and mentioned in the terms when you joined. It's an estimated time frame.

            • +1

@studentl0an: Check all cashback posts and the time frame of payment is not mentioned let alone the amount of details I've added in my post description.

The time frame is estimated and varies with the retailers. When you use cashback, it is stated that it can take several months to be paid.

              • -1

@trixieb: I didn't take issue in the past when ordering through TCB. This is much longer than the standard and people should be aware of the extended time to payout compared to previous TCB posts.

                • @studentl0an: Probably depends on what you buy. I've experienced shorter and longer wait times.

There are others that are similar to Everyday Market with the estimate such as the internet providers. I've experienced faster than 6 months payment with Everyday Market. It's an estimate only.

Eg. Some of the Everyday Market orders on 17th June 25 were paid on 5th Sep 25.
My Everyday Market order on 22nd Nov 24 was paid on 25th March 25.

        • +4

This has also greatly disrupted my cashflow. I am now insolvent.

  • +1

Shipping costs for some retailers kill the deal.

  • Does this work with the switch 2?

    • Yes mentioned in the post description. You would get $150 cashback.

      • -8

Can I use the $10 off voucher ?

        • +2

No. Please read the post description.

Cashback is INELIGIBLE with code GET10 ($10 off $100) or new member code EMNEW10 ($10 off $100). TA has confirmed here and previously when I asked.

      cashback tracked

  • Ooh the price of board games are reasonable if you can get the $75+ free shipping

    • If you're referring to Woolworths Delivery Unlimited, not sure it applies to Everyday Market?

  • Airpods pro 2 come up to $232 effective. Good price

    • Just a question, how legit are these marketplace sellers, I can see that it's from mydeal which from my knowledge is similiar to ebay, I am not too familiar with these though. Cheers

      • The Woolworths group owns MyDeal and BigW, both of which have their own 'market' the same as the Woolworths one.

Some sellers are random small stores (online/physical), some are international, some you can find on google and some you can't. So some may be a bit dodge. Check the WW market policies if you're concerned.

      • You need to check the seller. Like, put the seller's name in Ozb and check the comments. Some seller is the official store, like the Samsung store. Some sellers are pretty common in Ozb, like Umart and Gamesman

  • I literally was looking for this deal yesterday but ended up purchasing via OW price beat as there were no cashback offers. Would've saved a bit. Damn.

  • Someone please find me a tablet for my kid to play Roblox etc. on.

ATM tossing up between these two:
    Lenovo Tab Plus 8GB 256GB $347
    Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Plus 8GB 128GB $359

The Samsung is probably a grey import but that doesn't really bother me.

    • Wait for a deal from Samsung website. I got my S9 for $349 and 410 fe for less than $300 a few months ago

  • Multiple transactions are ok I presume as long as within the cashback cap?

  • Are teh AirPods Pro 3rd gen available? Can't seem to find them :/

Vornodo 633 for $120 after cashback

    • Is it the DC or AC version?

      • Should be the AC version. The DC version is about $170 after cashback.

  • The switch 2 is sold through "mydeal". Has anyone bought from the before? It's an aussie version with Aussie plug and warranty?

      • Wait is that the Mydeal that was shutting down Sept 30 and nobody is getting refunds or orders etc?

        • From the TCB rep TA:

There's nothing to worry about. All transactions up to closure will be honoured.

  • How soon would I receive a tracked email?

    • +1

Tracking is usually within an hour. My last order tracked in 17 minutes.

When your order has tracked, you will:

      • got it mate. found it in the Earnings Page but no email acknowledging the successful tracking.

        • Just checking if you are subscribed to receive TopCashback emails in this link. The toggle should be "on".

          • +1

@trixieb: Updates on transactions tracked to your account. was set to OFF and it's now back ON!

thanks heaps mate you are a legend.

    • +1

Ordered an hour ago and already got tracked.

  • time's up and nice work fellow ozbargainer! what have you all had to maximize the $150 cash back?
    I had the DJI power 1000 $988 -> effectively $838 (fingers crossed)

  • +2

lol, mydeal just cancelled my switch 2 order.

    • +1

That's a bit average. Maybe look out for a Woolworths everyday market listing. You really need a good cashback (>$150) then if you have a 28d credit card, shoppers protection claim on a lower price within a year.

  • Except for when your order gets cancelled, which is 97% of the time

  • Received my Switch 2 but the box was quite heavily damaged.

  • so my transaction was tracked..showed 'pending' in TCB.
Two days later it's now showing 'cashback has been declined by the retailer'.
@tightarse may I ask what's going on there?

    • Please look at the transaction again carefully in your earnings page. There should be two line items reported for the same order number (happens occasionally with Everyday Market). One has a 'null' value and is therefore auto-declined by Woolworths. The other item is the main (and valid) one and should show a pending cashback amount. Let me know if this is not the case. Thanks.

      • Correct! It is exactly as you mention. Thanks for clarifying.

Since both have the same transaction ID and the one with $0.00 purchase has a later date, it seems as if the actual transaction has been declined.
It's a bit confusing and concerning TBH.

        • Purchase time/date should be exactly the same for both.
          Cheers!

  • Be cautious with these Everyday Market cashbacks. Woolworths declined my $100+ cashback despite me following all the rules.
