Eligibility: An Eligible Customer must: (i) not have held Bupa health insurance in the 60 days prior to join date; (ii) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy, which is a single, single parent, single parent plus, couple, family or family plus combined Domestic Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa via the ShopBack platform with the policy date commencing between 3rd September 2025 and 3rd October 2025 (please ensure that all cookies are enabled and accepted); (iii) maintain this policy and make all required payments for 60 consecutive days (by direct debit) before the Cashback amount will be applied within 30 days of all eligibility criteria being met, the amount of Cashback you are entitled to is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold in the third month after joining (including any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian Government rebates); and (iv) provide a valid email address.
