That's $3.25/L which is 2 times as expensive as regular petrol and it's already on sale.

Canola oil is not healthy. It used to be used to lubricate machinery. Now they process it with harmful chemicals and sell it as an alternative to olive oil.
This is really outdated information. There has been a huge hype about seed oils being terrible for you, and the evidence doesn't back it up.
