  • So it's two devices for $809

    • Really?

        Welcome OzBrains…

    • Nice 👍

  • Good price i guess when ACT is selling them used for more.
    https://www.australiancomputertraders.com.au/dell-optiplex-7…

OTOH, when Apple sells a similar-spec device for same price …
    https://www.apple.com/au-edu/shop/buy-mac/mac-mini

And the overstrike price by Hub is misleading and deceptive conduct., i.e. a lie. Shame on you rep.

The ex-lease $200 optipli are great for home servers, but the new price RRP is insane.

    • We don’t set the retail price… you can check elsewhere online & will see the price is not inflated. Thanks!

      • Did you previously actually sell the product at the overstrike price?
If not, you may be in breach of Australian consumer laws. Some phoney RRP does not count.
This has been tested in court, but I'm sure you are small enough to get away with it.

        • Yep, we have & aware of the requirement. So not sure when your issue is.

          • @Team Triforce: Pardon me for being skeptical when the newer model at Dell is substantially cheaper than the overstrike price.

$809 is good. Why guild the lily?

  • Couple of quick questions:

How long is the warranty on the optiplex?
What video out ports does it have?

    • Hi,

      • 3 Year Warranty (started April 2025, however Dell should allow 3 years from our invoice date to you). We are waiting for a formal confirmation from Dell they will honour this.
      • 3 x Display Ports

      Thanks !

  • Surprise! You've received a special giveaway product with 60.4% Off! $24.00

Do I not understand what a giveaway is?

    • Hi,

It sounds like a bundled product, with a special price / discount if you check out?

You can simply remove the item from the cart & check-out as usual.

      Thanks!

    • Somebody has left the wrong description in there, thanks for noticing :)

  • Rep: What are the specs for the battery?

    • +1

  • How long do you think this will be on sale for?
