      My one untracked yet since july 2025 and after raising just got automatic email that if we need something we will.comtact you. Waste of emergy amd money.
      Even I tried everything.
      Mobile data ON
      No vpn
      Added later in the cart
      No code
      No gift card or partial payment.

        My current record is 8 total: 4 tracked 4 untracked. All untracked have been settled after claims with no issues, just takes a little longer.

        my claim from May got paid recently, no further contact from TCB just appeared as payable.

    Hi Op,
    If I deselect everything in my cart so the total cart total is $0.00, is that considered emptying the cart?
    Then i click on the temu link from TCB and select everything again, would my cashback be tracked?

      I would not risk it , I do the following :
      Put everything in your cart
      share the cart via link
      Empty card
      Open the shared cart and put all items back

      Seems to work well

      I've been putting everything in wish list. When I'm ready, use the app (android), then add everything to cart. Both works for shopback and top cashback. Works 90% of the time

    Never shopped on Temu. I am tempted. Genuine question, does the transaction on credit cards show up as a foreign currency transaction, or shows up as an Australian transaction?

      I've always just used paypal for the payment processor - appears as PAYPAL *TEMU COM [randomid] AUS and never incurs international vendor fees. YMMV with direct CC payment of course.
