Thank you all for the positive support with our two previous clearances. We will be opening our wholesale warehouse on 1st to 2nd February 2013 for clearance of pre-display and seconds but great conditioned high gloss and other modern furniture, including high gloss TV cabinets, coffee tables, dining sets and lounge suites. We also have a selection of great priced pre-displayed ceiling lights to decorate your lounge room.

Prices will be 30-70% off RRP depends on conditions:

• Coffee Tables from $80,
• TV Cabinets from $150,
• Dining Set from $200,
• Crystal Ceiling Light from $150.

Delivery available to metro Melbourne for very reasonable cost. Come and check us out if you want real bargains furniture in this new year!

  Pre-displayed and seconds should have more than 30% discount from RRP which is highly inflated price in Australian standard anyway. For most of the brand new furnitures I could negotiate around 30% discount from RRP when I paid cash and bought the furnitures for my new house. This post says it's upto 70% so I am expecting most furnitures would go to 50% mark. Otherwise you can be better off buying a brand new ones with negotiating the price which gives you more selection.

    Hi Rmamila, the price on the tag line is just a rough guideline. With our previous sales the price we have on offer, the feedbacks are generally positive and we try to price as competitive (sometimes below cost) as possible. There are many places that bumps up RRP but we hope that you find our offerings reasonable, and hopefully picking up bargains from us!

  I wouldve gone there if he provide some pictures and prices of the materials he is selling, this advertisement is from nowhere. Why not people negotiating this post as i dont think it meet the OZbargain guidelines anyways, as he is not providing any examples.

    Hi Heloanand, since we are trying to clear seconds and pre-displayed units, it will be even more misleading if I post specific samples then they are sold. However if you have specific needs other than TV units, coffee tables and dining sets, please call us and I can give you more information over the phone.
