I've been eyeing this monitor. Currently going for around $2149, Mwave just dropped a $120 coupon bringing the price down to $2029. A very nice deal and I don't have to wait until Black Friday. I reckon we won't see price going below or too much below this price point. I just ordered.

I’d rather get a TV lol
o, what a bargain!
What's the pick these days for 48 and so? Office work mainly, occasional basic gaming. Ideally USB c power output.
Last week it was $2041.55 and it’s sold out, hence the current “Available at Supplier” status. Black Friday, Christmas are coming, might as well wait to see if it goes below $2k. Decent deal nonetheless.
Not oled
silly WFH question: for applications like screensharing on Zoom or Teams, do apps treat the widescreen as multiple screens? Or would it just share one long screen?
Teams shares it as one big long screen.
When I share my 40" monitor, I have to zoom in on whatever I'm sharing, otherwise everything is way too small for the people on puny 13" laptop displays.
Conversely, when others are sharing, the 40" is really nice.
One long screen. Your screen share will be cinematic af
You can pick a window and share instead of sharing screen.
If you get a screen like this, I'd recommend getting Power Toys and Region to Share (both can be downloaded from Windows App Store) and then use Fancy Zones within Power Toys to create a screen sharing region that suits your needs.
Create a resolution zone of your choosing for sharing, then snap Region to Share to that zone (windows key + drag with mouse)
When you share in MS Teams, pick the Region to Share window instead of sharing a monitor.
Just 1% surcharge. I am SOLD. Gonna order 10. Thanks!
The RBA’s surcharging framework was first introduced in 2003. The framework requires the card networks to remove their ‘no-surcharge’ rules, thereby allowing merchants to apply a surcharge to card transactions.1
Prior to the introduction of the framework, these card network rules generally prevented Australian merchants from applying a surcharge to card transactions.2 The framework was intended to promote the efficiency of the payments system by encouraging consumers to use lower-cost payment methods at a time of high growth in the higher-cost credit card market, and to increase the competitive pressure on card networks.

We gotta appreciate RBA's care for consumers.
I brought this four months ago. It's amazing and I would buy it again in a heart beat!
Got the older U4021QW for $700 second hand. 5k2k is the best size for productivity.
I had a 3007 for about 10 years at home. it never missed a beat.
However, I always had duallies setup at work - 19's, 20's then 24's.
Currently running dual 4k 2723QE's at home now.
YMMV
