Whens Your Guess That The Current Samsung Galaxy Range Will Drop in Price (Heavily) ?

Holding for the change over. Been a bit of a ball ache though. I'd expected to see Galaxy S25U (especially the 1TB) to drop substantially by now. Hasn't happened.
Not in a hurry as I'm still fine running a G20Note and a S23U, but the note is starting to show its age, and the S23U is chockers with crap I cant let go of. (Mostly locally stored Tidal tracks - I travel a lot so have a substantially large downloaded playlist and the handset is only a 512gb unit).

Time to go bigger (despite the lack of tech changes between the 23, 24, and 25)…

So, whats your best guess for the 'real price drop' date?

    I'm pretty confident from 2030 onwards the prices on these will be significantly lower than now.

      There's always a chance nuclear war breaks out before then, and being able to play candy crush on a working phone is worth more than a human life.

      Thanks for being one of the few 'normal' humans who frequent this website.
      Was thinking the same. Unfortunately, it's not sooner.
      Thinking with the new version on the way soon, they will hopefully dumb some stock in the next rounds of sales, as you have mentioned.

    I was under the impression the best time to upgrade is right when the new ones come out? The trade-in deals have been pretty decent the past couple of years? From Samsung, JB Hi-Fi, etc.

    The $1100 Telstra/JB Hi-Fi deal for the S25U was so good it finally got me to upgrade from my Note 9. Hopefully that happens again for the S26 lineup.
