Got this, assuming because last week Velocity emailed me to advise I was close to next status.
Translation; their change to a spend model is bleeding customers.
Virgin only has a few lounges and its international network is horrible compared to Qantas. No one in their right mind would spend 10k plus to get Virgin gold, which is almost what you could be required to do to get gold.

I called velocity and they seem to say it’s still running but that it just won’t show in the app right now :S
