  • how does the camera get power? (wireless) do you still need to run power for the camera - i can see a wire comming from the pic?

i've seen simular, but the mirror also has bluetooth built in, thats pretty cool…

Yeah that's usually the tricky part. The mirror/LCD bit can be nice and easy to install with built in battery and USB charger, but the camera still needs the power and usually wired to rear light or license plate light, which might not be suitable for those who are not confident to take things apart.

      • unless these are powered by AA/AAA batteries?

  • I think you hook the camera/transmitter to the reverse light when the camera comes on it then trigger the receiver (LCD).

  • I recently purchased a maginon wireless reversing camers and had it installed by a professional technician so I know it cant be anything to do with the wiring of the unit but what I have found is that there seems to be a lot of fuzziness the picture looks like its getting static from somewhere I have nothing nearby that should cause this interference could someone shine a light on this matter I do like the idea and the unit itself especially with 2 young children any suggestions or anyone with the same issue could you please inform and or address this matter thank you
