Has anyone else experienced any problems relating to NAB Goodies?
A few weeks ago I received an offer on NAB Goodies for $15 off $30 DoorDash expiring on 14/9.
I went out and purchased $30 worth of food (11/9). Weeks go by and I still hadn't received the cashback so I contacted them via the site chat. Now they're telling me that they're refusing to honour the cashback because it wasn't within the offer period. So I checked my NAB transaction history and the DoorDash transaction showed that it was processed on the 15th.
Is there anything I can do about this situation? I'm not sure why it took them 4 days to process the transaction.
Edit: Turns out it was a mistake on their part and it's been rectified!
"Firstly I would like to apologise for the incorrect information provided. The eligibility of the offer is from when you first made the purchase ( 11/09), not when the transaction is processed.
As you've made the purchase initially on 11/09, you are eligible for the cashback. Cashback can take 14-20 business days to be credited as there was a delay."
I purchased on 12/9 and it also processed on 15th and I missed out on cashback
