Great price for this set. Much more expensive everywhere else.

$10 credit for referrer and referee.
Amazon are doing a cheaper deal ($67.14) on a similar product Horusday Metric Combination Ratcheting Organizer but not sure of the quality.
HORUSDY
Not a locally recognised brand like GEARWRENCH. Plenty of AliExpress ratcheting tools as well for half the price if not lower.
Both are made in China so I don't see the difference - thanks for my first negative I guess?
@justanotherjoe: One thing about me is that I actually never neg on this platform. iPhones are also made in China. It's just about if the brand is recognised or not. A recognised brand performing poorly is a whole other matter. That said, I tend to agree that for most home work, the cheap $30 ratchet sets on AliExpress is probably fine, which makes a $67 HORUSDY ratchet clank overpriced and hence a bad deal.
@justanotherjoe: You do realise that China doesn't produce everything at the exact same quality right?
Even similar products made in the same factory can be completely different qualities depending on what materials/design/tolerances the client spicifies/pays for.
@justanotherjoe: Sure but not all things are made to the same quality control. Gearwrench is a reputable brand with a good warranty and for tools that will last many years it's probably worth it if the money is not significantly more.
@TheFyrd: I agree which is why I had previously purchased the 16 piece set for $99 where others were of similar price. You would save even more with discounted Amazon vouchers and their warranty/refund process is just as good. Unless you use these tools everyday I don't think it matters so much about their quality differences all coming from China.
You'll pay much more than $7 each when you want those sizes later. Maybe you'll even end up turning to HORUSDY to grab those few that you need
Yes that's a consideration hence why I said if you don't need the 20-24, which probably most home work wouldn't
You never know if or when you'll need them 😜
I regret not buying ratcheting open ended deal from a few weeks ago.
This is an amazing set if you need 20-24mm as they are usually so expensive
If you don't need the 20mm 21mm 22mm 24 mm, then this deal is better: GEARWRENCH 9412BE 12pce Combination Ratchet Spanner Set $69 (Was $219)
