Please read the following terms & handy tips carefully:

1. To participate in the $10 bonus cashback promotion, you must first be a member of TopCashback.com.au and must activate the offer prior to making a single eligible transaction of $40 (inclusive of GST, but excluding shipping charges) at Amazon.com.au.
2. After activation, the transaction must be made between 00:00 AEDT on 7th October, 2025 and 23:59 AEDT on 7th October, 2025.
3. The bonus is eligible on all Amazon categories, excluding the purchase of gift cards, vouchers, Kindle Unlimited, Audible, mobile apps, Amazon Prime subscriptions & renewals, bulk orders, commercial or reseller purchases. Note: payments made with Amazon gift cards are eligible for the bonus.
4. Your order must be made in a single transaction and may contain more than one item, but the order total must be at least $40 (inclusive of GST, but excluding shipping charges). Sales may report to your account excluding GST so the reported amount may be less than $40 – this is acceptable. Multiple items in an order may report separately in your account – this is also acceptable.
5. The bonus cashback will show as a separate entry in your TopCashback.com.au account once your order tracks, and will be payable once your order is payable. Tracking is not instant and may take up to 7 days to report.
6. If you cancel your order or Amazon.com.au deems the transaction ineligible for cashback, the cashback bonus will be removed.
7. The bonus cashback is over and above the advertised cashback rates which still apply.
8. Only one TopCashback.com.au account per person is allowed, and the bonus cashback is limited to one per TopCashback member. The bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional bonuses (including tell-a-friend and sign-up bonuses) that may be active at this time.
9. The bonus cashback may not automatically apply where a missing cashback claim needs to be lodged. If this is the case and your claim is successful, you may need to raise a separate support ticket to be awarded the bonus. Please do not lodge a missing cashback claim until at least 7 days have passed.
10. TopCashback.com.au will not be held responsible for any technical failure or otherwise which prevents participation in this promotion.
11. Where a contradiction exists between the offer terms & conditions and TopCashback terms & conditions, the offer terms & conditions take precedence until the offer expires.
12. Any fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

Bonus is ineligible on the following:

19. Purchases paid with any Amazon credit as partial or full payment.
20. Use of any promotional codes entered manually in Amazon's 'Promotion Code' field.

22. Second and subsequent Subscribe & Save orders (only first Subscribe & Save orders are eligible).
23. Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
24. GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
25. Fraudulent transactions.


Handy tips:

Amazon tracking typically takes 1-7 days to report into accounts (Amazon tracking is not instant). For tracking success, ensure you disable 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave, close any additional browser tabs, and don't click away to other sites looking for codes etc after clicking from TopCashbackAU as tracking will be lost.       Hi and thanks for the question. We've never been given a definitive response for this from Amazon unfortunately. Personally, I wouldn't risk it and I can tell you I've never had a tracking failure from Amazon by simply clicking out from TopCashback then searching for the product I need and adding to cart before buying. Sorry I can't provide more information thank this. Cheers.

      As I’ve stated previously, please read the OP. Amazon never tracks the same day of purchase. They report to us once per day, on the day after the transaction is made and in some circumstances can take up to 7 days to report. Thank you.

          I can assure you we've not had any Amazon tracked orders for purchases made today. Please check your account's earnings page again which shows date of purchase. It's likely to be an Amazon order from a previous day.

    I wonder does applying the coupon forfeit the cashback? It called flat coupon discount. The coupon was applied when I ticked the box, and the discount was automatically applied at checkout (no promo code entered). I tried to remove it but had no luck.

    @TA I've never had any issues before, but I don't see this Amazon purchase appearing in my history.

    When I clicked through, I received the confirmation that it had tracked my visit.

    • The last last click you make to any retailer is listed here.

    • It doesn't record the click with a time attached forever, only the last click made to that retailer.

    @tightarse Heya, just noticed this "ineligible on bulk orders, commercial or reseller purchases" and wondering how this is qualified? (ie, I'm pretty sure my previous purchases with Amazon Business account have tracked and cleared before, so purchasing via that account isn't deemed commercial is it?

  • can someone clarify what is meant by first new subscribe and save. does it mean your first ever subscribe and save on that account, or first subscribe and save for that particular product. and if it's for that particular product, what if you used subscribe and save on it months or years ago but don't currently have a subscription

      I think "first" is in relation to this specific transaction, i.e. you can only do one S&S for this transaction (and I assume any others won't count towards the $40); and "new" just means you are setting up the S&S during this transaction, i.e. you do not have a current subscription, but it can be something that you have had a subscription for in the past

    • Meaning the first time you set up the S&S. If you cancel it and set up a new one you, you'll get cashback on that first order again.

          I tried doing this myself and I think you just need add all items in your cart as one-time purchase first, then apply S&S during checkout. But note the terms imply that multiple S&S won't count, so I just gave up S&S on the cheaper item as the 10 off 40 is a higher % discount and not worth the risk.

          • @90percent: Thats correct, add as normal purchase then change to S&S in cart.
            Second meaning the following automatic orders from each subscription, not second in the cart. You'll get cashback on all the S&S in your cart when first subscribing.

              I normally just stock up on one product to avoid any guessing games, but had to buy multiple this time due to quantity limits. I figured that I'd rather give up ~$1-2 to avoid risking the $10.

          For such items S&S is 10% cheaper

          Even if you don't get S&S, $10 cashback $40 spend is 25% off + whatever % the cashback rate is for your item category
