Referrer gets $5 store credit. Referee receives 10% discount storewide.
I would avoid the Xiaomis for now, based on the Vacuum Wars review https://vacuumwars.com/xiaomi-x20-max-robot-vacuum-review/
Hope this helps someone in need of this vacuum cleaner
Thanks for adding another one to the list of "I'm not sure which model I should buy" 😂
trying to find a spreadsheet link which someone shared with so many different model compared
I bought the lublubu one with cleaning station and it works well enough. The software is a bit average. Keeps losing the exclusion zones set up.
Tries to climb into the couch and gets stuck and the brush tangles with long hair and needs to be cut free after a while.
found it
Roborock Comparison Reddit thread is https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpreview.redd.…
Been using that the last couple of days but finding it quite out of date. Or at least it's hard to match JB/Amazon model names to those spreadsheet titles. OPs deal model isn't listed, right?
$689 at costco as well - https://www.costco.com.au/Appliances/Vacuums-Floorcare/Robot…
now its gone - https://imgur.com/a/yxU6kqH
good find, with executive membership you get extra 2% off on this.
Thank you.. bought two (one for a mate)
How does this compare to the Dreame L20 Ultra which is currently $799
I just bought L10s Pro Ultra yesterday and I was going to wait for Qrevo L discount lol, now I'm thinking should I cancel my order and get this instead since it's cheaper.
Same! Though think I'll keep the L10s Ultra. Besides the higher suction power I think they are pretty close. I'll take the $100 saving.
I have this vacuum, had it for 2 months, it is great. Such a good price, I bought it for 799 on the last Amazon deal. Very good product. Since then, I bought another 2, so I have 3 in the house, one for each level.
how's the mopping performance on these? I heard it just drags along?
With the mopping does this have the thing where it can raise and lower the mops depending on whether it's on hard floor or carpet? I have the one where you have to manually attach the mopping thing so it never gets used.
I only have hard floors so don't know how well it automatically detects, but the mop height is controlled by the robot (if you just vacuum, the mop is up and not touching the floor)
I got this during the last sale and its fantastic. I have a house with two dogs that shed 24/7. It works very well.
Wonder if it can deal with my wife's hair though, the death of all vacuum cleaners!
Thank you! Figuring out which robo vac is better has been an absolute nightmare. In the end it was this additional $100 discount that sealed this unit
Anyone know if the Dreame X50 Ultra exceeds this enough for the price?
can get it for $1599
Wow, still $1999 on TGG commercial. Care to post?
This
The dreame L10s Pro Ultra has heat washing though, where as this one doesn't. Besides the stronger suction power, does anyone know if the "air drying" in this roborock is sufficient? or better off to go with the heat so there is no dampy mouldy smell
I literally just bought the EUREKA E20 Evo Plus https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0FDWGDWBB?m=A3PHTR51LT3ZDO&ref…
$599. I have been reading and researching for so long 😳 Couldn't look at any more and just went with this one and hope it's good.
How is the mopping on this? Reviews don't look promising.
How much extra would it be worth paying for the Qrevo C model with the flexi-arm?
What does the flexi-arm do?
I paid $807 for Qrevo C from JB HiFi last month.
Other than the Flexi-arm mop, Qrevo C has warm air drying of the mop pads, whereas the L only uses cold air. Also according to a youtube review the all rubber brush on the L doesn't sweep as well as the brushes with bristles the C has, that's also why they seem to have moved away from them for the newer generation vacuums now. We have the Qrevo C and it does a great job with long hairs, no tangling at all.
Also have the C and a wife with long hair. Zero hair tangles. Plenty of hair has been picked up when looking inside dust bin and dust bag.
@LongJohn92: I wonder if L does as good a job with long hairs. Have Q7 and long hairs get tangled around everything, absolute pain. Dealing with long hairs might get me over the line if the L can do it well…
@bleeder: It does say 0% antitangle hair brush. It's a different brush to the C. The C has two cone shaped main brushes so the hair falls off into the dustbin while spinning.
Buy this through Amazon and return if it doesn't workout for you?
Does a brilliant job on my tiled bathrooms and wooden floorboards.
Does it have the auto sensing mop functionality for hard surface/carpeted area?
Yes, it lifts the mop once it hits a rug/carpet.
Surely can't be worse than my current system, which is to manually mop about once every 6 months if my floors are lucky.
I can't see the Qrevo L on that spreadsheet or am I just blind? Actually I can't even see it on the Roborock official website.
This is what the poster said on a previous deal:
"Half price on this robot vacuum which is a better model than the similar priced Qrevo S with the main upgrades being 10,000pa suction power (was 7000pa) and dual spinning mops with 10mm auto lift for carpet (was 7mm) at a lower price. Get an extra 5% off with PayTo.
Other features include Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance and PreciSense LiDAR navigation for precise mapping and efficient cleaning. The multifunctional dock supports auto dust emptying, mop washing and drying, water tank refilling, and auto detergent dispensing. A 5200mAh battery provides up to 180 minutes of runtime."
Looks like it might not have auto brush lifting, but why would you want to lift the brush, I'm thinking it's the mop you want to auto lift (which this has apparently)
Just wondering.. what would be the main purpose for auto brush lifting, would it be for mop-only runs?
That spreadsheet is old.
This model is also known as the QV35A internationally, not to be confused with the QrevoC (known internationally as S5v) or the Qrevo EdgeC (known internationally as Edge S5a). Hopefully this helps you find reviews
Honestly, it's a ridiculous minefield.
I don't think the L is very good based off my last 30 days of decision paralysis trying to decide one for myself… no edge mopping or corner edge sweep extending and cold water washing
Surely all the competitors are going to be much more expensive given this discount though? For the price I wouldn't expect those other features you are mentioning.
I have this, bought it for $800 last round there was a sale.
Very happy with it.
Does a good job vacuuming and mopping the place
You still need to do major cleans yourself. This just helps you with maintaining your house.
Note, doesnt have extending sweeping brush and extending side mop. Doesnt have hot water mopping or hot air drying of mopping pads. But dont stress out about that because not a must for daily care.
define major cleans….
Cleaning up a jar of sauce, bowl of ice cream, mud, etc.
Is it the same as this one? Roborock Qrevo L Robotic Vacuum Cleaner RR-QRL52-03-BLK B… https://share.google/SuL0q7tTvf4Q23Ytp which is available in costco?
Might be worth pointing out that whilst this one has higher suction power than the S, that's pretty much the only difference.
It actually loses the auto cleaning/drying function of the mops, and this is a pretty significant downgrade. Without it, the mops stay wet for days, develop odour and eventually grow mould.
Listing says it washes and dries the mop?
Correct the Qrevo L does have auto washing and drying. It doesn't have warm air drying but that's no issue, just takes longer to dry. The mops are also very easy to remove as they use magnets to sit in place, so if you care to you can place them outside to dry.
Still undecided
Definitely want a self mopping, self cleaning dock robovac to replace my original Xiaomi robovac from about 2017
So many models and it's a bit confusing

How would this compare to the Xioami X20+ deal going live this week. Hard to find decent comparisons
