Dubai chocolate is a style of chocolate bar filled with kadayif and a pistachio-tahini cream. It was created in 2021 by Nouel Catis Omamalin, a Filipino chef, and Sarah Hamouda, a British-Egyptian engineer, who together formed Fix Dessert Chocolatier, an Emirati chocolatier in Dubai.
It sounds like it's called that due to how it where it was originally created.
@deathjr: Do you mean the Aldi version, or the one created in 2021? The Wikipedia article indicates it's an original creation.
@jakmon777: It is only called that to suppress search results for the other kind of "Dubai Chocolate"
overrated chocolate tbh
Absolute deal as Dubai
Does anyone know where I can find stock of decently priced pistachio cream
Costco
Is this what mark Latham makes when he goes there?
No stock at my local Aldi. I still haven't tried Dubai chocolate.
btw this is a really interesting doco about how Dubai chocolate came to life and rose to fame.

I'm keen to try this. I saw some for $20 elsewhere and decided to pass. This is more within my price range.
Godiva’s Dark Chocolate Dubai style bar is actually phenomenal, hands down one of the best chocolates Ive ever had. Every other version I've tasted was a let down. That being said, it is way too expensive at $35aud, and it seems like these brands are cashing in on the trend rather than charging a fair price.
Overpriced pièce of crap which tastes of feet. Who came up with this dubai choco horror?
Depends on whose feet though
Selene's dubai chocolate is really good. They get the perfect balance of dark chocolate and knafeh filling. A bit of salt too. Really nice
hahaha suck it Woolworths and your stupid $20 Lindt Dubai chocolate block. Still overpriced at half price.
Will it explode?
Ah the old terrorism joke. Nice try, but the UAE is one of the last places in the world you’d encounter an explosion
Reviews?
Dubuy or not dubuy?
Can someone explain to me (like I am idiot), what is the difference between Dubai Chocolate that is made in Dubai, and then these "Dubai Style" chocolates that I've seen being made in Turkey, Germany and Malaysia. I've tasted chocolate from Dubai when I was in Dubai and it was nice, not exceptional but nice. What's the hype about these other chocolates.
No difference. Ite just you can't call it Dubai chocolate if it's not made in Dubai. You call it Dubai style.
My Labubus only eat Dubai chocolate
Bought it today. Wasn’t a fan, don’t understand the hype of it. Defs wouldn’t pay $20 for the Lindt one.
MiLanGo Dubai Style Chocolate
Italy or United Arab Emirates?
i prefer Bangkok Style
what's the deal with the recent hype with Dubai chocolate?
I saw the lindt pistachio one for $20
why Dubai = chocolate or
Dubai = pistachio ?
Dubai = Sand
Ingredients are so evil. Why do they add so much preservatives, hydrogenated oils etc… putting health at stake.
Tried from KFactory they have some good ones with the additives.
I'm convinced this chocolate is just rich Dubai billionaires making a cheeky nod to what they do to influencers. Because it looks like poo.
Never heard of Dubai chocolate. The name itself says it all… hard pass.
lots of cooked comments on a post about a chocolate bar
Yeab but Dubai isn't known for quality chocolate, or chocolate at all.
