    @Xizor I pause ShopBack app when I use TopCashback app in general. I don't shop at Temu.
    (ShopBack has been reported to steal the tracking from TopCashback if checked ShopBack earlier)

    I deleted the "force close all apps". May not be necessary.

    ikr? you have to jump through so many hoops, then maybe it might track probably! TCB/Aliexpress combo works 100% of the time for me on bare bones Chrome on PC or Safari on iPhone….the Temu tracking arrangement needs major overhaul - I tried it once against my better judgement and wont bother again until there are more positive reports from other Ozbargain punters - as it stands, the current failure rate just hurts both brands reputation

      It seems TopCashback usually approves missing cashback claims with Temu as reported in previous posts. Have to wait several months though. I only use AliExpress and haven't tried Temu.

  I used the recent post of 40% cashback from Temu through Top cashback and it didn't track automatically. I waited 3 days and raised missing tracking claim. Got an email that TC put it on ice and after a week nd a follow up they told me they will send it to Temu in their montly submissions. Now have to wait upto 90 days to find out if Temu honours the transaction, which is ridiculous. Not sure if TC will honour if Temu rejects it.

    i did shopback, and cancelled the transaction cause it didn't track in5 hours, in 48hours it did track.

  Last 3 Top Cashback Temu transactions have been rejected. Most recent, I put in a claim and they said the retailer said I cancelled the order. This is not true. I received the order and kept it. They're just flat out lying now.

    Yeah I'd avoid TCB/ Temu combo unless you are not bothered if you miss out on cash back.

    bro - that is flat out violation of consumer rights. i would send screenshot of uncancelled order and push TCB harder for an immediate payout or you will raise issue with the ombudsman. the vendor is the gateway to the sale - TCB enticed you with offer, was your first click point and therefore are liable to be held to account. passing it off to their supplier (ie Temu) is simply not acceptable. If JB Hifi/harvey norman etc tried this as a routine of doing business, as the consumer point of sale, they would have been repeatedly fined, shamed and ultimately shutdown.

  The last two times, I put in a claim and each time it has now been approved.

  Nb. I am doing it on my PC.
  No VPN.
  Nothing in my cart.
  Already have stuff selected that I want in my wishlist.
  Load it into my cart and it tracks.

  For me TopCashback are better than Shopback.

  Open a guest profile on chrome should give you a clean slate every time without any fiddling with disabling your regular extensions🤷

  Temu order didn't track, putting in a claim as I've done in the past is causing me a world of pain.

  In previous orders that didn't track was told you need to put in a seperate claim for each item in the purchase.

  I put in the first item and purchase order id (there was 1 purchase order id, 3 different sellers), can't select the sale date any more to add the other items.

  I contact support, they say you only need to group items by seller and purchase order and that they've added extra clicks.
  Put in a second claim for the purchase, grouping it by the purchase order and second seller (7 items).

  Now I can't put in the 3rd claim even though I have a click there as it says the purchase order already has a claim, though I've put in 2x claims already for the same purchase order id (different sellers) but not the 3rd one.

  It's so frustrating that the Temu reconciliation stuff is so difficult. It will randomly track one sale and then fail the next one (same vanilla machine with the same chrome version etc).

  So frustrating.
