ShopBack Cashback Not Tracked despite Doing Everything Right

Hello,

Using ShopBack is becoming like a gamble now.
Sometimes it tracks sometimes it doesn’t.

Recently I made a $200 purchase and followed ALL of the instruction and rules of the cashback eligibility.

No coupons, no codes, empty cart, no ad blocker, no vpn, no refunds or partial refunds. Clicked from ShopBack app and didn’t leave the app once.

I have already reported missing cashback before but got rejected without a good reason.

Looks like I’ll have to try again with the missing cashback function.

Might as well go to the casino, better than using ShopBack.

    Yeah so frustrating :( Cashrewards was much more reliable.

  • Must be new here. Shopback tracking for me used to be awful, I had to screen record every time for a big purchase (and they still tried to deny me without opening the video), but recently their tracking has been spot on for me. TCB used to have a 100% rate too, until I bought Lyca last week and didn't track. Seems every cb company has their flaws.
