Bruh it’s the price of a large coffee, if it mildly entertains you for 30 minutes or so it’s probably worth it. If not, donate it to charity or gift it to a friend and it’s still worth 8 bucks.

I paid $50 last year and have enjoyed playing this game.
Purchased it on Xbox not long after release. Shelved it as I was usekess at it (horrible with shot timing). Over a year later I got back into it and improved at it.
Enjoyed it enough to pursue the PS5 version (available via the PS+ subscription catalog). I also got it on PC for $20 soon after that.
Its a fun game, and a blast to play online
