Not included

    Its all over the place based on Suburb and the level of ad you want. Its designed to extract the most out of each person/business. My local area (outer suburbs) is $1,400ish for the middle level ad. Its typically between $1K and $2.5K. Higher if you are in the Golden Triangle suburbs etc.

    It costs around $7.5k to advertise in both domain and realestate for a lower north shore townhouse in Sydney.

      We had not looked at Sydney prices for this (we are WA based), but yeah that's a wild cost.

    $4000 includes signboard. We were going to do a standard signboard without photos but early on, for our customers, we will go the extra step and make it personalised.

    We will update the marketing to make this clear.
