  • How much does realestate.com.au charge, on average?

    • +2

Its all over the place based on Suburb and the level of ad you want. Its designed to extract the most out of each person/business. My local area (outer suburbs) is $1,400ish for the middle level ad. Its typically between $1K and $2.5K. Higher if you are in the Golden Triangle suburbs etc.

      • Shoalwater

        • Will find out and get back to you.

$1139 for the top end listing.

    • It costs around $7.5k to advertise in both domain and realestate for a lower north shore townhouse in Sydney.

      • We had not looked at Sydney prices for this (we are WA based), but yeah that's a wild cost.

  • Good pricing OP. Just a question, price includes the signboard with property images etc outside the property?

    • +1

$4000 includes signboard. We were going to do a standard signboard without photos but early on, for our customers, we will go the extra step and make it personalised.

We will update the marketing to make this clear.

  • I'm not in WA, but I'll give this a plus just to help anyone competing against the monopoly on real estate.

I really appreciate it Russ. Every little bit helps. Its a long slog to try and change such a painful industry. One day, we will make it east.
