Inkbird INT-12-BW Vs INT-14-BW - Recommendations?

Hey all

I need a wireless meat thermometer for my outdoor grill.

Has anyone got experience with both the INT-12-BW and INT-14-BW from Inkbird?

Any reason to go one over the other besides 4 prong vs 2 prong?

Thanks

    INT-12-BW Pros
    - Great for smaller cuts and fish thanks to short probe.

    - Excellent connectivity and app control.
    - Fast charging, dishwasher-safe, and waterproof.
    - More affordable.
    INT-14-BW Pros
    - Ideal for large grills or multi-meat cooking.
    - All probes measure both food and ambient temps.
    - Local control via base station (no app required).
    - Strong magnetic base and robust build.
    - Triple connectivity modes for flexibility.

  • Everyone has issues with the wireless ones. I've got a 5 year old ibbq-4t that's still kicking and gets left outside all the time. I bbq every which way and I've never really felt the need for wireless. It could be good for rotisserie but if I'm using that then I'll be cooking hot and fast so lifting the lid to check with an instand read is not a big deal and it's much easier to just time it anyway because you don't get the time blowouts like you do with low and slow. 4 probes is nice to have so that I can do 4 reverse seared steaks at a time, otherwise Im pretty much always just using the one.
