          Sure, not the end of the world but was $1.50 the week before so 100% rise. Hopefully only due to transport disruption due to the floods not like the last time when the plantations were destroyed.

          Yeh, from what I've heard, the main crops damaged were actually sweet potato… Should be interesting to see what happens there.

    I wouldn't trust their nutritional seminar if they're giving out bananas. They're pretty much the worst fruit you could eat if you're trying to lose weight. I mean, I love them, but not because they're good for losing weight, and they're better than most non-fruit snack alternatives.

      I believe watermelon is higher in sugars. As long as you don't overdose on bananas, they're fine. I'll take a banana anyday over processed sugars. Most people don't get enough fruit as it is.
