It was a painful process (so many OTP sent and steps) but it worked in the end first go

What upset me though, was different Bpay reference number on my first statement after the Coles changeover
yes, when i did it, there were a lot of website problems for a few weeks.
if it all becomes too cumbersome, consider an afca complaint, they will pay you to close the complaint.

I still cant log in.
Apparently I have linked my Coles account to my Coles Mastercard, but I still can’t log in. So I really don’t know if I have been successful in linking.
And customer service has been of no help to me yet.
